Sorrento Lactalis

HANSEN-RICE, INC. was selected to deliver a new USDA dairy processing facility at their current production site. Aside from the many inherent challenges of designing and constructing a facility expansion with on-going food production operations, the project encountered unique site conditions. HRI presented the client with various solutions and ultimately found the most cost effective measure.

Railex

HANSEN-RICE, INC. was selected to construct a 500,000 sf temperature controlled wine distribution facility and then an additional 268,000 sf expansion for a refrigerated rail service and third-party logistics provider that transports fruit, vegetables and other temperature sensitive cargo across the United States, in partnership with Union Pacific Railroad.
